Two blocks and two speed bumps from Taos Plaza (literally!). Montoya Street. Approximately 19 miles to Taos Ski Valley.
Views:
Upper deck elevation with amazing big, green leafy trees - the largest trees on Montoya Street, which give great, cool shady days in the summer yet you can still get a glimpse of Taos Mountain in the winter. Pasture land with horses to the distance and a grassy, green little yard below.
Amenities:
Upper deck/balcony with two chairs, large trees and shade, great cross ventilation and sweet breezes, curl up in front of a toasty warm - glass front gas stove for winter nights, 20"TV on cable, DVD, CD/Radio/MP3 (digital music storage device).
Baths:
One with shower. Beautiful Mexican tile accents and custom tinwork mirror. Good supply of towels and bath wares.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped with gas stove/range, full sized fridge, coffee maker, blender (margarita glasses!),built-in microwave, toaster and an ample supply of dishes and cookware. Countertop dining with four comfortable chairs. Mexican tile counter tops.
Bedding:
Queen bed. Twin rollaway available. Long, spacious closet with plenty of room to hang clothing, and also a dresser for fold-ups. Linens included.
Heating:
Cozy- curl up in front of a glass front (see the flames) gas stove on thermostat.
Sq. Ft.:
Approx. 780 square feet in an open, spacious feeling, light and bright, with lots of windows space. Open staircase (we have a baby-gate available) enters into the sitting area, with queen bed and closet area to your left, carpeted. Kitchen around the corner and bath off the kitchen - tile flooring. Downstairs entrance offers a colorful greeting with chair and coat rack.
Pricing:
$75 to $110 per night (for two) depending on time of year, length of stay and number of guests. Weekly discounts. Monthly rates.
Policies:
This is a non-smoking property. Pet friendly to cats and small lap dogs. Maximum capacity 3. (Note: Property owner is a licensed NM Real Estate Broker).
