Well, things change, and with the birth of the World Wide Web, our guests didn’t need us any longer to find all those B & B’s, Hotels, Motels and Lodges.  In 2002, we decided to streamline a bit and focus primarily on a select group of Taos Vacation Rentals in the form of Private Vacation Homes, Condos, Casitas and Chalets.  We now have a great selection of studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom, and 4+ bedroom Taos Vacation Rentals.  We can still assist you with a simple Room Reservation, but the Taos Vacation Homes are our major focus.

In June 2003, Terry got her NM Broker’s License, to follow by Mike in April 2004 with his NM Salesperson’s License, and we went into the Taos Property Management business.  We now are able to assist all those homeowners that do not live here in Taos, NM with management services for their Taos Vacation Rentals of Taos Vacation Homes, Condos, Casitas and Chalets.   In August 2004, we continued with this flow of Taos Real Estate, and opened RossLynn Real Estate Services.  We now can assist the new Taos Home Buyer and Taos Home Seller with their Taos Real Estate needs.
